The purpose of life, is to experience.

Someone once told me, life is like a book. It is the experiences we choose to write in it, that creates our interesting lives. We are the narrator, we are the actor, we are the reader. All in one.

The spiritual realm is one vibration with many dimensions. The human being, is one mind, with many possible experiences. When humanity realizes, we are one consciousness, in many different identities, we understand that the people in our lives that make this earth experience — exactly what it is.

Love is a vibration. The association of it, is the action & identity.

The one thing I’ve leant from plant medicine, is that we’re all connected. There is technically no difference between a person born in a different region, race, or wealth. It is all just the acceptance & perception of their ego. What’s better & what’s not. Heaven can be created in the mind, so can hell.

During my vipassana experience, S.N Goenka, mentioned during his discourse that.. “Not every day, is a great meditation”. Human beings are a living creature with emotions, a biological body, & a mind with many thoughts. Each one of these factors plays a role in our daily experiences.

Every human being, is a good person. The fact that they have a heart, and it is still beating, it beats with the vibration of the universe: Love. Every aspect of ones life, is determine by their thoughts, which is just their vibration.

A human being, is just an identity of a separate entity. But the same drop in the ocean of consciousness.

This is why, when we learn to love ourselves, we learn to love another. Memories, are emotions stored in the body. Ever notice that.. when you cry, the emotional feeling doesn’t come from the mind, but from the heart? Same with anger. Ever notice that.. anger occurs when you’re hungry? From the gut. And the same intuition that tells you, when somethings wrong, also derives from the gut? The body is a vibrational field itself, of consciousness.

When we get in line with good habits, good vibration occurs. Even more great experiences arrives. So what are the good habits of good vibrations? Thoughts, choices of food, choices of experiences, choices of relationships.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to experience a positive or negative life experience, as it’s only determined by a vibration. It just helps us understand what kind of experiences we want to attract in our lives.

Life always has its polarities; for us to know what we don’t want, is to know what we do want. For us to have a problem, is to find a solution. I used to think on my spiritual journey, that the answer is always complex. But change, is a step. And it is simplistic.

We often live in a life of mirroring. We are what we created ourselves whether consciously, or unconsciously. Our daily experiences are only mirroring what we have sent out to the universe, as what our inner subconscious is trying to show us — of who we really are. Which is the seeds we planted ourselves sub-consciously. I once read that, every individual’s sprit, only wants harmony in their lives. People often say: “I didn’t ask to feel this pain, this unhappiness, this anxiety, this regret”. But actually, somewhere deep inside, those were the vibrations one has planted as a collective, to one’s own current life experience.

The great news is: You can alter those experiences, by understanding your own conciousness. Life may reflect upon us as an exterior mirror, but what really makes a difference, is the deep inner reflection of our own-self.

Set the tone for a beautiful life. Listen to the music of joy. Hear the passion of your own soul.

So what do you choose to experience today?
